Editorial Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This page explains how we research, write, and maintain content on ScoopzGuide. We’re publishing it because we think you deserve to know how a claim on this site got here — not just that it did.

Our Core Rule: No Fabricated Authority

We do not invent statistics, payout figures, version numbers, review scores, or “payment proof” to make this site look more authoritative than the available facts support. If we can’t verify something, we say so directly in the article rather than filling the gap with an invented number.

This matters more in our niche than most. Searches around app monetization attract a lot of content that presents guesses as confirmed facts — a specific “$ per view” rate that was never published, a changelog that doesn’t exist, a star rating with no real methodology behind it. We built this site specifically not to do that.

Where Our Information Comes From

Primary sources, first. Creator Fund eligibility rules, qualified-view thresholds, and payout mechanics come directly from Scoopz’s own published policy. Store ratings, download counts, content classifications, and version numbers come directly from the live App Store and Google Play listings, checked at the time of writing.

Independent, documented sources, second. Where we reference safety concerns or moderation complaints, we cite independent consumer review platforms and app-permission scanning tools — not anonymous claims we can’t point to.

User-reported patterns, clearly labeled. Some of what creators want to know — how the algorithm behaves, whether “shadowbanning” is real, the best time to post — isn’t something Scoopz has officially published. Where we cover this, we label it explicitly as pattern-level, user-reported behavior, not confirmed mechanics. We do not present community speculation as official fact.

What We Won’t Do

  • We won’t invent a payout rate. Scoopz’s RPM isn’t fixed and isn’t published in advance. Any earnings calculator or “$ per view” figure you see elsewhere is a guess dressed up as data — we don’t publish those.
  • We won’t fabricate a changelog. No public source confirms Scoopz’s full version history, so we don’t invent one.
  • We won’t show fake payment proof. Screenshots claiming to prove creator payouts are trivially easy to fabricate and impossible for a reader to verify — we don’t use them, and we’re skeptical of sites that do.
  • We won’t assign a numeric star rating without real methodology behind it. Where we discuss app quality, we present verified store ratings (clearly attributed to Google Play or the App Store) rather than inventing our own score.
  • We won’t claim hands-on testing that didn’t happen. If an article isn’t based on extended personal use of the app, it says so, rather than implying a “30-day review” experience that’s actually built from aggregated public data.

Corrections

App features, policies, and monetization terms change, and we may occasionally get something wrong or fall out of date. If you spot an error, an outdated figure, or a claim you believe is inaccurate, tell us specifically which page and what’s wrong — we review every correction request and update content accordingly. See our Contact Us page.

Independence

ScoopzGuide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Local AI, Inc. or Scoopz. This independence means we have no obligation to present the app favorably — but it also means we don’t have privileged access to unpublished company information. Everything on this site is built from what’s publicly available and verifiable, as disclosed throughout our articles and on this page.

Advertising and Editorial Separation

This site may display third-party advertising, including through Google AdSense. Advertising has no influence over our content, article topics, or conclusions. We do not accept payment for favorable coverage, and sponsored content, if it ever appears on this site, will be clearly labeled as such.
